Mcdonald's - Carlow

During my regular 3pm lunch that I was having with my children I noticed in the corner of my eye a McDonald’s employee preying me and my children down from the other side of the room, normally I don’t mind people checking me out but, but I thought she was going eat me. Felt threatened and intimidated, I think she might have been new, if so, train your staff faster and to better standards, employees shouldn’t be lurking at people whilst they are enjoying their PAID meal.

Horrible delivery experience, ordered food as usual through the just eat app, waited and hour and a half for my food to arrive to find it wasn’t even fresh. Chips were stale and cold along with the rest of the food was cold too. Couldn’t eat the food, just threw it out. Horrible service, won’t be using the app or eating from McDonald’s again. Very disappointed

Good morning. Today we decided to come here for breakfast. And when I received my order, everything was wrong. I had to get up several times because of the things that were missing from my order. The service of the employees is horrible. Negative star.

Extremely busy, unclean and the food was served cold. Nothing by itself was awful, just all combined was not a good experience.

Usually get take away, so wish I didn't have to pay for parking for that. I like the layout, automatically opening double doors, ramp rails outside and the toilets are clean. Would love a drive thru. I just want to get in and get out and there's often a queue for the touchscreens (don't know how hygienic they are). Food always good.
