Dunkin' - Caribou

I LOVE my Dunkin'! They have spectacular service and are always cheerful at the drive through! They also do not screw up my order!!!

I liked this small coffee and donuts shop situated in the Circle K convenience store because the coffee, the donuts and cream cheese bagel is excellent and tasteful. But, my little dislike, this fast food chain does not sell my beautiful and tasty Coffee Coolatta, which this product is now the DD Iced coffee.

I frequent this DD location *2-4 times a week, usually and the early morning hours. One reason: Angela. Great service very time! An employee who upholds to a professional level of expectation, taking her job and duties seriously, and she NEVER looks disappointed because oneONE MORE customer walks in it 's ALREADY 10 minutes past her shift.I only had to order each of my coffee beverages once and she had them memorized. I remember one time where she realized after I had left that she had made a mistake and I came in the next morning when she was not working on the counter person had my coffee ready for me made the correct way with a note from her. She always says good morning or hello even if you can 't see her behind the counter. She is very profession with on-the-go ordering not once have I had to wait that 's the main reason for the app.So I do not know you on a personal level I just want to say "thank you Angela for making what could be an already running late work morning a quick one ....keep up the great work!

I go in at 6 a.m. and I had issues with lady before. I asked her for a large hot coffee with the coupon and she stays I don't take you into 11. So I said fine I want a large coffee breakfast sandwich state I'm not making breakfast images right now. I said really why, she says cuz I said I'm not. They keep your damn coffee. I don't understand people

The service I receive in the morning at 4:30 am is fantastic! Angela really does great! (Though sometimes, [as we are all a little groggy at that hour] she forgets the flavor shots in my coffee. Today, (12/10), I tried calling, as it goes to the storefront and not Dunkin itself, and so far, I have called a total of 4 times for the past half hour, and it rang for over a minute and a half each time AND NO ONE WOULD PICK UP so I could let Angela know that she forgot the Toasted Almond in my Cold Brew Iced Coffee! THEY REALLY NEED TO GET THEIR OWN SEPARATE PHONE NUMBER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
