Contribuiți la feedbackThe same was very misleading. Advertising $4 to fill up a 12oz cup. Never stated there was a limit of 1 cup. So when we get to the register, our total was almost $20. Had we have known we were paying like $12 Extra, we would not have gone. Be more specific when advertising a sale. Won't be back any time soon.
If I could rate zero I would. Didn?t even get to go in pulled up thirty minutes before close. An he turned the light off us. When we asked why he was closing early I was ignored and he locked the door. Horrible experience. Wont return.
Very clean and great selection of yogurts and toppings. However, it was the first time that I had visited a Sweet Frog. For a very small serving with minimal toppings, $8.13!!!!!!! Very good, but how could anyone take a family there?????
This is the second time I?ve tried to come to this location in the last 30 minutes and they?re closed. I know they are not supposed to close yet they always do half an hour early. I will never be coming back here again. I used to be a regular but not anymore this is just unacceptable.
As a business owner, I really have to salute this business. I hadn?t been to this Sweet Frog location in awhile, just because I don?t eat ice cream often. I read the reviews before and they were rough; however I know the customer isn?t always right. Many times they are problem people. Let me preface this by saying, the cost of the amount you get is by ounce, this is customary when buying frozen yogurt. It?s above the register! To all the people complaining about the cost, stop trying to act like The Joneses if you?re broke. Guess what, people who aren?t broke don?t complain over nominal fees, and decent people are happy to support small business. Interestingly, when I went in, I was behind a woman who had at least 8 children with her. Her bill came up to almost $50, the kids cups were full. She started cursing saying, ?That?s too much,? ?Put it back (as if you can put open frozen yogurt back),? going on and on and on. The owners attitude was an AMAZING CLASS ACT! I?m watching the woman and she?s taking about her bank accounts, obviously transferring money while wearing a Gucci bag dressed to be 9?s and broke! I?m not making this up. I keep seeing comments complaining about cost, how dare you! Things are expensive and if you can?t afford it stop going into other peoples establishments causing chaos. It?s not even expensive, people only behave this disrespectfully when it?s a minority business owner thinking everything is for free! Keep that same energy when business owners are white, I bet you won?t! Your financial issues are your own. No business owner asks you to come in with your nasty attitudes. I will definitely be back! I hope his business has many blessings!
