Bridgewater Bay Cafe - CAPE BRIDGEWATER

The coffee was average but the scone with cream and jam was lovely and the view certainly makes up for the average coffee

What a great location with uninterrupted views. This café has an unassuming and casual feel. We arrived late afternoon and enjoyed coffee and cake and then indulged in the wedges with a side serve of chilli sauce and sour cream....Yum. probably the best wedges ever. The service was good and they were quick to clean up the tables afterwards. You can eat in or there are tables outside that on a good day would be amazing. This venue is open 7 days,fully licenced and free wi fi.It appears that they have live bands on occasions if the pics of Guy Sebastian performing there was anything to go by. Check it out and support local business but be warned that in Summer parking could be a bit of a nightmare given its right on the beach. Great café I'll be coming too more often.

We ate in house and the cafe also provided meals for us to take back to our B&B. Do try their chicken and mushroom pies.

We dined here for afternoon tea and an early dinner while staying at the Sea View Lodge. We were delighted with the food and coffee and glass of wine with dinner, a great little cafe with lots of food options being the only cafe/shop at Cape Bridgewater that we could find.

My husband and I stopped in to the Bridgewater Cafe after having been there for lunch a couple of months prior. This time we wanted to take our friends visiting from America somewhere with a beautiful view for breakfast.Not only did we have a great coffee, yummy breakfast with a gorgeous view. From the second we walked in we were treated wonderfully. On top of that we were given advice to visit some beautiful views on our way out.We are so happy we went for a look because it started our day off so perfectly and we couldn't be happier that the manager (perhaps owner) took the time out to tell us about it.Honestly I highly recommend this cafe for anyone wanting a laid back but yummy meal with a view!
