Porta Sirena - Capaccio

Stayed on the agriturismo for 4 nights together with my girlfriend to close our Amalfi coast holiday. Upon arrival we joined the diner and we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. This place grows its owns vegetables and meat and the super professional knowledgeable staff is keen for you to learn and taste their products. We are kind of foodies ourselves and we ended up eating at the restaurant 3 out of 4 nights! Coming from spectacular but touristy places like positano and amalfi before coming here, of course the villages and coast line are less spectacular. However, the food is much better and the prices are half of Amalfi's standards. The surroundings have enough to offer; Paestum, Vannula Buffalo Farm beautiful beaches a little further south. And also an amazing pool to spend the day at. With only only 1,5 hour drive from Napels airport, we very much recommend this place to start or close the holiday! Or just drop by if around because the food is worth it!

We loved the place and the food. It is a very calm place with a good service and food. Although we choose grilled dishes, the meat was superb and very well cooked.

We had a marvellous dinner at Porta Sirena. The location is very nice, the waiters are friendly and the food is excellent. Liked it very much. I can recommend this.

La posizione del ristorante è ottima, facilmente raggiungibile e con ampio parcheggio. Le camere sono spaziose. Il menu dei primi piatti è meno ricco rispetto a quello dei secondi e degli antipasti, ma tutti i piatti sono di alta qualità e di prima scelta. Anche l'idea del menu cartaceo ad ogni tavolo è originale, così come la carta dei vini ben tenuta e con prezzi chiari.

Abbiamo ordinato un tris di formaggi e una provolone affumicata, davvero deliziosi, abbiamo notato la qualità dei prodotti. Il taglio di bufalo con contorno di patate e cicoria, così come i carciofi, era particolarmente buono. Consiglio di fare una sosta se vi trovate in zona, la qualità e la gentilezza del personale meritano davvero tanto.
