Freds Bakery - Cap-Pele

We've been buying here every summer for a number of years. They have excellent squares, cookies, pies, homemade bread and rolls. The pastries are all large portions at very reasonable prices. Highly recommended for anyone with a sweet tooth.

Best Chinese food around , love everything especially beef and Brocolli, egg rolls and deep fried Wontons. Charlie our dog loves the garlic spare ribs, he's got to have his share as part of the family

Great place to stop as it is just off the highway by Fred's restaurant and the NBLCC. Perfect for desserts...individually or cakes and pies. Have tried the squares--peanut butter marshmellow, cranberry oatmeal, and a coconut cream...and they were really delectable. They also have ready to serve food...seafood, egg rolls etc which I hear are great but can't comment...I just wanted dessert!

This subway suck's! They had insulted me and called my order disgusting and also called me a disgusting eater.
