Jack In The Box - Canyon Park

1.40 am and can't order food, terible Customer service. Why stay open till 2am if you don't take orders at the drive through. Also no one answers the phone.

Extraordinarily long wait I've been waiting for my uber order every 15 minutes

I was in the drive thru for 30+ minutes for a drink. And when I got to the window I waited another 5 minutes. It seemed like the guy at the window was also making the food. I assume it’s always this understaffed.

They never answer the phone. That’s extremely frustrating when you have questions about an order you PAID for. Why not answer the phone or why do they keep hanging up? It’s weird and unprofessional.

Today we had went to the Jack in the Box for lunch during school, they got my order wrong.... I had ordered 3 piece chicken strips with curly fries- They gave me churros instead of chicken.....I almost cried I was looking forward to some chicken strips
