American Flatbread - Canton

I’ve visited this restaurant numerous times while shopping, but I always forget to leave a review. It’s one of the few places that has been open since the shops began. Everything is organic and farm-to-table, with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. The prices are a bit on the high side, so don’t expect to spend too little. The space is spacious with high industrial ceilings, and I really appreciate the children’s drawings featured in the menus.

We ended up dining a bit late, so the restaurant wasn't crowded, which allowed for quick service. The staff was friendly and attentive. I ordered the Chicken Ranch Special, while my wife opted for the vegan flatbread with vegan cheese. The flatbread was cooked to perfection. There were plenty of parking lots available, and it was nice to have the option to visit nearby shops afterward.

The food at this restaurant is absolutely fantastic! The service was excellent; the staff was incredibly hospitable and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations. If you're looking for a romantic setting, be sure to reserve a table by the fire—it's truly enchanting! I also appreciated the option to customize the pizzas to your liking. I can confidently say this is one of, if not the best place to eat in Stowe!

Shows the best Flatbread(Pizza) in CT. This place has incredible wood-fired pizza, excellent, friendly service and super positive, all the way to earth. The open wood stove is also visible from the whole restaurant and fills the place with warmth and pleasant smokiness. This place is not to miss when you are in the area, and if you are not, then it is absolutely worth a special trip. The quality of pizza in this place is in place or better than many of the best places in NYC.

As soon as we walked in we were welcomed even though we came in 30 minutes before closing time. Suzie was our waitress and she was so happy to be there. She suggested what to get and it was on point. Amazingly tasty Flatbread pizza made right in plain view. The atmosphere was amazing and the decor like no other pizza places. Definitely will be visiting again!
