Sauvage - Canmore

The food was very unique and had a good taste overall, and the service was impeccable, but the options were little and we didn't think the taste experience was the cost of meal. For $375.00 for two, it was a little steep.

Very intimate and great food for a special occasion.

We chose the 7 course with wine pairing and we need to say who really understands his pairings how wine can add food. The wines were from all over the world, but everyone was great with the course. The course was also very inventive and funny. Well done.

Have made several tasting menus. That was by far one of the worst I've ever done. Our group of 6 rated the bread course as our favorite, that says something. The bison scored 2. but no 2 sections were the same. Would not recommend or back!!

One of the best dining experiences in Canmore. Incredible food. Amazing service. Not cheep but worth every penny. A unique and special place.
