Gaucho Brazilian Barbecue - Canmore

Let me start by saying I'm Brazilian and a good cook who knows his way around the grill.This is far from good. I'd compare this restaurant to the low end Rodízios in Brazil. I either got a terrible day in there or these reviewers giving 5 starts are insane.The best thing I ate there was the Strogonoff and that's not even a Brazilian dish!Not authentic, not good, and one of the worst services I've seen in a while.Skip this restaurant, seriously. These reviews don't reflect the reality of this restaurant.

Celebrated my wife's birthday dinner here and we were not disappointed. We knew what we were in for and I am not at all exaggerating when I say EVERY bite was MMMM....MMMMMM..MMMMMM ?Service was very prompt and attentive. Place was not busy at all and street parking was easy.Will definitely be coming back and if you are ok with the pricey cost per person for dinner...this place is highly recommended and will not disappoint the tastebuds.(My photo is just a few of the salad options which are included with your dinner rodizio. Appetizers are included as well.

Amazing experience. The staff was great, big shout out to Douglas who made sure we got every cut we wanted! Quality meat, plenty of side options and drinks.

Absolutely AMAZING food and service! The meat is high quality, tastes and flavours are the best!! Sides are a delicious surprise! Staff and servers are very friendly, chef and cook really rock!! Definitely best restaurant in Canmore!!
