Still a great place to eat with awesome sandwiches and breakfast here. Service was slow but its in the middle of the pandemic so who cares A large diverse menu with seafood and whole lobster mornay 40 bux! Wedges with sour cream were divine

Ive had hit and miss times here but this time was great. Lovely waitress on Friday morning very freindly and sincere. We had bacon eggs on turkish and i had the bacon egg roll. Both were well done and the service was quick. I will come back again and give them another go. Interior is a bit lighter which is an improvement. Update 2/2019 Had tandoori wrap add avocado equals delicious!!!

For what it is, it is great! I'm obviously not going to compare George's to a silver service restaurant because this is not what it is it is a cafe' brasserie. The decor is a little run down, but it seems to add to its welcoming charm. It is a nice comfortable and cosy place to have a bite to eat. The staff are friendly and listen very carefully to specific details we tested this out on purpose and they got all our requests spot on! We had dessert and hot drinks, both of which were quite delicious. Apple crumble had very nice and soft pastry and was just the right sweetness. This place has a lot of seating without it feeling like you're in a big empty hall. Also has wheel chair access.
