Dunkin' - Campbell

The wait times were terrible with the new manager present. It took 10 to 15 minutes to get through the drive-thru, even with just 8 cars ahead.

I received the wrong order, and it was quite expensive for what I ended up getting.

I purchased a half dozen glazed donuts, and unfortunately, all of them were hard and dry. I suspect that the overly high air conditioning might be affecting the quality of the donuts. I only managed to eat half of one before deciding to throw the rest away. I won’t be returning to this location again; it was very disappointing for a Dunkin’ Donuts.

They messed up our order so bad that I don't even understand how it's possible. The staff was lazy. They were super busy and more than half of the workers were just standing around looking clueless and just talking while the rest were running around trying to catch up on the orders.
