Freshslice Pizza - Campbell River

My children absolutely love Freshslice, so we decided to order from the location in Campbell River while we were out of town. Unfortunately, I have to say that the experience was really disappointing. The pizza we received was the worst I’ve ever had from any Freshslice. It was tasteless and appeared old; it looked so flat that even though it was supposedly made fresh, it was cold by the time we made the three-minute drive back to our hotel. Honestly, it definitely wasn't worth the money we spent. A Hot 'n Ready pizza would have been a better choice.

Our order was almost half an hour late. By the time it arrived, our pizza had been sitting in the car for that extra time and was just at room temperature. It was quite disappointing.

Jazz was super friendly, super good, made the pizza taste good and played some good music

The last 2 times we ordered our pizzas were severely undercooked and we didn't get the dips we paid for. I am personally very upset this happened more than once. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt the first time snd chalk it up to them being swamped by the heat wave because freshslice has always impressed me before and been my favorite pizza place in town. I hope this gets fixed because my family and friends got sick and ripped off.
