Hardee's - Cameron

I have had two negative experiences at the Hardee's location in Cameron. They do not prioritize online orders and only start preparing them once customers arrive in person to ask for them. What should have been a quick 10-minute pick-up turned into a 30-minute wait. I would have chosen something healthier if I had known it would take so long, as the food no longer seems appetizing.

Hardee's is located in Cameron, NC on Buffalo Sea Road. I tried to place an order through the app at the drive-thru, but was told that online orders are only collected inside the restaurant. I showed the employee where the app instructions said to go through the drive-thru, but she still would not allow me to pick up my order, saying she didn't believe me. Eventually, I drove around the building, re-ordered the exact items I had originally ordered through the app, paid for them again, and finally received my order. It was one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had.

I had the chicken at this restaurant and I can't believe how good it was! The service here is also very fast. It's a great place to eat. Keep up the good work, employees!

Clean rest rooms, friendly folks, fast food service, it's all good. Happy places, happy faces it out.

Time after time, this location is the BEST. I love hardee's chicken, very reasonably priced ? Luis is a Great Manager, very personable and shoes Great leadership for the company, to keep customers coming back, again and again. Thank you,Hot and Fresh Chicken ?
