10 out of 10 times they are ALWAYS out of everything when we go. It doesn 't matter the time of day or day of week, they never seem to have enough stock of anything except coffee. At what point do they realize they aren 't ordering/making enough?It 's gotten to the point that we laugh and say good luck when anyone says they 're going to grab anything more than coffee here.

I have been going to this location for years, and have loved the workers so so much, so it disappoints me to be writing this, however, when I walk in there and the new manager of the store is telling customers and staff that “she does not have to make coffee because she is the manager.”Absolutely disgusting behaviour on behalf of the manager, and a terrible influence for her staff. Will not be returning after that because I cannot support a business who hires people that lazy and selfish.

Very mannerless, rude boy working at 7:30 PM on July 28. At first he didn’t gave my change back and when I asked 2, 3 times to return it he threw at me and said ‘Don’t come back’. Who the hell’s going to be back at this Tim to see such staff.

Disgusting attitude of the girl (from the management team) who was at the window today around 2:30pm. Order was not taken properly, rude behaviour at the window, rolling of eyes at the customer when asked to fix the order. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

My favourite place to go every morning before work. The staff are always so friendly and kind and funny). They always get our order correct. Wouldnt go anywhere else
