Mcdonald's - Cambridge

What a shame, shift manager has no patients , rude and started barking at me at the window. (NOV 22, Wednesday 2am) (overnight shift manager)I was there for a pickup, came to window and the shift manager was rude, told me to stop at the speaker and let them know for what i am here! I replied okay, I will Do that from next time. The tone was rude and when he handed me the food, he was keep giving me bad look (stare)! And closed the window with anger! Macdonald is hiring these kind of shift managers? Seriously, they bring your business down if they behave like this with customers and people who bring their business to your location! Dear (the shift manager) if you have any problem in your life, deal with it dont bring at work and start barking on people who are there for your business! Have some manners and learn how to deal with people.If general manager or owner of this restaurant is reading my review please talk to this shift manager as this will hurt your business.

The food was cold and when I go through drive-thru I don't want to park my car in the parking lot and wait for my food if I want that I will go to a restaurant what do you guys don't get fast food is fast

They provided me with just chocolate water when I ordered hot chocolate. The double-double coffee was also cold.

Today Oct15 at 4:26 am exactly at drive thru I was treated like trash by a young brown lady just to know who she is... We waited like 7_10 mins for someone to take our order but no one while they took a bunch of orders from the other side. We thought this side is closed or something so we we went to the window and told her that we have a simple mobile order just a coffee and muffin but she insisted that she spoke to us while she did not in a very horrible behavior... after all that time wasted she told us to go again and order but we ended up leaving and got our coffee from Tim Hortons and we were treated perfectly.... I pass by this location everyday but today was the last time I will buy anything from them and I will 100 percent reach the cooperate office and complain about her behavior... She shouldn't be dealing with customers at all
