A Macagna - Calvi

The fritto misto was full of oil, and the big bark antricot for two people was full of fat. for an 80 euro dinner.

We made the unfortunate mistake tonight to eat in this restaurant. the meals sounded excellent, but we were very disappointed. the escaped were fit, but the main courts were a total catastrophe. the cannelloni saw and tasted as if it had been prepared from a...frozen TV dinner, and that was squid, not a word of a lie, perhaps the only worst meal I ever tasted in a restaurant. it was just terrible, and tasted like no tinted fish I've ever eaten. all in our group who tried the inkfish agreed. we mentioned our disappointment towards the personal, but there was absolutely no effort to fix the situation. they told us that the kitchen staff was stunned that we didn't like it, but there was nothing that could be done. with so many other great options there is really no reason to eat here. save them the 23 euro it costs each of us.

Why are there no reviews since the 6th juni? okay, eating and the service can not be the best in calvi, but what an atmosphere at a Sunday night. in consideration that most places seem to struggle to get people on the 2nd...September, this place was rocking thanks to 2 local musicians who have created a considerable sequence locally. the more expensive, pretentious restaurants would do well to take a leaf out of their book if they still want to generate an order in september. I can't believe that the number of places that were empty while restaurants like these really pack them. well on yer, macagna, show them how it is done. it is not a rocket science!

This is a small local restaurant from the tourist stretch and looked good. but after acceptable starters our main courses were really terrible. over cooked garnels and over cooked pasta, the cook was a little arrogant about our feedback cook knows how bad. it will be when it is busy in the peak season.

Away from the Corsican menu for holidaymakers in goguette...we came back 9 years later and found jeff and its typical cuisine...Day or macagna burger, Corsican cheeses or appetizing seafood...before the unforgetable flan with chestnut all this to the sound of local singers whose incontournable and magical alba!
