Second Cup Cafe - Calgary

Bad customer service. on 3. juli at 4:53 clock with my two small children to get them hot chocolate. When I came in, people still sat at the coffee and barista told me they were closed. I looked at my watch and told her it was 4:53 and that they were advertised online to close at 18 o'clock. She said she was told by the owner to close 5. I said it's okay, but it's 4:53." was extremely disappointed about the service and was never previously rejected service before a business was closed. but no one was more disappointed than my children?

Drove through, it takes too long to finish two cold beverages. Service window looks very unprofessional and dirty, the guy delivered drinks without any greeting.

This is by far the best Second Cup in Calgary! Moe, the owner, makes you feel so good to place an order. He makes this place a warm and inviting experience. Place even has a drive-thru!

Great carmel macheato. Don't know if I spelled that correctly, but it sure was tasty! Going thru the drive thru was quick and the gentlemen at the window was very polite and friendly.
