Very authentic local experience far away from the tourist places on the main square. There is no menu, you simply say what you want (after consulting the contents of the grill), get a reluctant confirmation and after some time it will land on your plate. Tira de Asado is much better than other places I had, Morcilla sausage was quite rustic and the intestine I did not recommend they were very chewing, probably from an older cow. With some hindsight, I change the rating to 5 stars just because a few months later I still get to the experience of this place and would like to come back.
