My Cod Fish - Caerphilly

We ordered a bag of about 30 chips for £29. The restaurant is not answering my calls. My partner and I have tried to contact them.

My husband and I stopped by for a quick meal before flying back to London in the morning. We had just visited a castle and were looking for a bite to eat. Despite our initial intention for a fast meal, we ended up having a wonderful conversation with the staff and a local customer, which enhanced our dining experience. My husband ordered Cod Bites and Chips, while I tried the Curry Chicken served over chips and a roll with a canned drink. The total cost was 6.50 for him and 6 pounds for me, and we both struggled to finish our generous portions. I was particularly impressed by the unexpected and delicious combination of Chicken Curry and chips. However, the highlight of our visit was the friendly and gracious service provided by our Afghan waiter and the rest of the staff. Thank you for a delicious and memorable farewell meal!

This pizza is one of the best I have ever tasted. The service was exceptional. I highly recommend this restaurant!

I had really been looking forward to trying this fish bar out for the first time, so decided to order for delivery. The food was cold and tasted of the box it arrived in, the fish was small and unimpressive. Would not order from here again as a delivery. Maybe it’s better if you go into the fish bar and the food is fresher, but I won’t be going in to find out. Very disappointed.

Watch the prices. My neighbour picked me up large sausage and chips with gravy. The girl said it was a fiver my neighbour said a fiver for sausage and chips she said yes it’s a deal, by now he had already given the money and said that the price didn’t work out when you look at the price list. She said she didn’t know but it was a deal. Ended up giving me my change out of his pocket and he didn’t want me to get ripped off by this fish shop. Strange too how their card machine has stopped working since COVID started. Never use again
