Hermann's Café - Cadillac

The atmosphere was the best. the more l mushroom soup was delicious, but a cup was a $10 prize money and we had to ask for a broth basket. then we split a steak sandwich that was terrible. after the prompting to med-rare, it came well with much fat and gristle made. the Bernaise sauce should come along. it has never arrived. we drove too far and it was too expensive to justify another attempt. we are not coming back.

After requesting it to be med-rare, it arrived well done with lots of fat and gristle. The bernaise sauce was supposed to come with it. It never arrived. We drove too far and it was too pricey to warrant another try. We won't be back.

An excellent relief from tourist mania. Quiet greenhouse dining room offering wholesome chicken and vegetables. The best was a basket of brown bread and plenty of butter.

We were looking for a spot to have a nice lunch on the way up to Interlochen Arts Camp and we stumbled upon this place and were happy we did. We wanted to get the kids one last good meal before a month and a half of camp for and this exceeded our expectations. My daughter and I split the chicken and waffles and a burger and both were great!

The drinks were good. Food was decent. The fries were very salty and it took a long time to get the food. Staff were very nice.
