Hermann's European Cafe - Cadillac

Kathy and I had a pleasant experience today in the herman’s european cafe in cadillac, michigan. every aspect of the time has been fulfilled by the workers, the ambiente, the decor, the eating, the service, the price and the cultivated gönnerns, who observed a highly developed behavior on such a place. starting with the mix of garlic, schalottes, petersilie on oil to dive the brotes when we have our place on a beautiful table. kelsie was a well-known leader with her eloquent and on brand suggestions. and ready to hear my special desires through our culinary experience. recommended an appetizer supported by the home cook; shrimp, krab, skalopps, stone grounded dijon cream, gruyere parmesan, which was from this world! kelsie knows her craft! for beginners we had: jaeger schnitzel hunter 's style austrian style brown cum for dessert: cream cheese strudel, skyberry sauce, chocolate sauce served hot with a screed vanilla ice cream extra that is a jewel of an ortes! every dollar and a generous tipp worth!

We loved it! great eating and wein. the baked brie was excellent! loved the quiet, not rushed atmosphere. it was like eating in europa where the dinner relax, the courses come in the right pace and they can talk and enjoy the evening! service was attentive and eating delicious!

Great food and service. look at the adjacent wine bar and deli shop. I've heard from herman for years and decided to check it. it was worth the trip.

My favorite place in cadillac. amazing eating that is rich, fresh and made from the heart. a cozy place in the heart of the city has made this place a great place!

The entrance looked no good. However, the inside was very clean and nice.
