Contribuiți la feedbackMy wife and I went a couple of weeks ago and got a pizza and chips to share and it was great, the pizza was one of the best I’d had from pub/ bar. We decided to go back today and saw they had a half price pizza offer on so we got the same as we previously had, this time the pizza was really bad, like one of the worst I’ve had from anywhere. It seemed like it had been made a couple days prior and had been microwaved to order. The base was rock hard, the cheese was dry and greasy and the pepperoni was burnt. I don’t mean to sound harsh but we would have had a better experience if we’d have gone to Woolies over the road and got a cheap Mccain pizza. The chips and sweet potato fries were great but not great enough to make up for the pizza. It’s such a shame since we live within walking distance of this place but I don’t know if we’ll be going back for food there any time soon.
I can't fault a single thing. Very good food at a reasonable price and the service was flawless. Price per person: A$60–80 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Chicken Parmi
We 've been to 3 Sheets a number of times over the years. Tonight may well be the last I noticed one small change when I was using the Eftpos machine to pay for our steaks: the option to leave a tip. My question is why? Having lived for many years in America where tipping is part of the culture (and is given AFTER the meal in response to the service given), we are quite familiar with the concept. But why at 3 Sheets? There was absolutely no service or interaction with us at all (other than bringing the food to our table). We found our own seats. We tracked down a worker to clean our dirty booth (and was actually asked if we wanted to clean the chair ourselves). We were encouraged to use the QR code to order the meal (again, no interaction), but the site was giving us an error and we had go to the counter to order. Not one worker checked on us throughout the meal. So, who on earth would the tip be for? There was absolutely no service. I just find this addition to restaurants the height of arrogance. The positive: our steaks were a bit tough and overcooked for mediums, but they were okay and the portions were good, and the live music was nice.
They have a great happy hour and the staff are friendly. I didn't eat there this time but have eaten there before and had a good feed. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
