In order to fill up with fuel, you have to go in, stand in line and say fill fuel at the #pumps , BUT inside the canteen you have to wait 15 minutes for that line, because there are a lot of people who want to eat hotdog/soup/porridge/borscht. And then go to the end of the queue again, wait until the fuel is poured and everything goes round again. It 's cool that you can eat at Okko, but hell, if you focus on food and queues are created because of it, allocate a cash register where a person can JUST pay for fuel in 5-10 minutes and drive on. Or make a system like in Europe, where you freely pour fuel, leave and pay for it. And you don 't stand in line twice.
