Papa Johns Pizza - Burtonsville

I have never seen anything like it in my life pizza all smashed up have no service at my house so couldnt call about it and I'm not wasting any more of my time driving up there. Do not order here.

Ordered two pizzas, they claimed they knocked and called my phone, nobody did either of those.. Guy on the phone wasn't too friendly. Pizzas came late, cold.

I feel like such a pizza snob writing this... but I 'll be sticking with Pizza Hut from now on. After comparing the deals between Pizza Hut and Papa John 's, we thought that Papa John 's offered the better value for carryout: large 2 topping pizza for $11 (Papa John 's vs. large 3 topping pizza for $13 (Pizza Hut . Error in judgment on my part. I 've ordered from this location a handful of times, and for the most part, it has adequately fulfilled my pizza craving. Not this time just opening the box, you knew something went wrong when making the pizza. The dough was uneven and didn 't rise on one side it looked like part original crust and part thin crusted pizza. The thin crust side of the pizza got overcooked and was hard as a rock. The side with actual crust was too long and gave a bad sauce to dough ratio. Our two topping pizza (mushrooms and sausage was skimpy, particularly for the mushrooms. (Mushrooms... where are you?!?? Is pizza workmanship a thing? Not at this Papa John 's. Yes, there is a same day, 30 minute quality guarantee where they will remake your pizza if you 're not satisfied (check their website for all the stipulations but I 'm generally wary of such promises. The garlic sauce and banana pepper garnish are pluses, but the pizza and skimpy toppings are giant minuses. Papa John 's... more like Sloppa John 's. Nobody out pizzas the Hut!

Pizza was ordered at 6:00 PM ETA was 40 minutes. I called at 7:00 PM I was advised my order had already been delivered. Checked my front door nothing. I was then advised I could be given a refund or pick up the order. I should have never ordered with it already having 3 star rating, but I was desperate.

The customer service was poor. The manager, Derwin, was incredibly rude and impatient. I would not recommend going here. He seemed like he was having a bad day.
