We ordered in the drive thru and bought the new fish tender plate with shrimp, fries, and okra. The fish was fresh, hot, fried hard, and incredible. The seasoning was sooooo good. The okra was a little salty but still good, hot and fresh. The fries were dry so not very happy with those but the fish made up for it. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

First time I've ever eaten here and it was great. Had an amazing lunch with my love. And the employees were awesome. We used to have a Captain D's where I grew up, but it closed, and I haven't eaten at a Captain D's in almost 30 years. I drove an hour and twenty minutes just to come to this one. All I can say is it's still the same, took me back to when I was a kid. I'm gonna have to make this drive again. The staff were very patient with me. Service: Dine in Food: 5

Haven't been to a Captain D' in over 20 years. Decided to stop and check it out. The food was the same as it was 20 years ago. But....The price for what I wanted was posted as $8.89 so that's what I ordered. The clerk said that will be $13.and change. I said wait a minute that's not the price. The price was raised yesterday! Really then why is it listed as $8.89 well sir that's because we haven't updated the prices. They were doing that as I ate my dinner. I'll probably never step foot in another Captain D's. It's more than just the added costs.
