Contribuiți la feedbackI recently moved to the neighborhood and stumbled upon this restaurant while exploring the area. I ordered a plate of chicken and was blown away by how delicious it was. I can't put into words how amazing my first experience was. Since then, I have been eager to return and enjoy the variety of dishes they offer. The meat is perfectly cooked, the rice is fresh and white, and the vegetables are always clean and fresh. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant adds to the positive experience. The Filipino staff member is friendly and skilled in his work, showing a genuine love for his job. The prices are very affordable and the portion sizes are generous, making me a loyal customer.
I have been coming to this restaurant for more than 10 years, so I believe my opinion is valid. They serve the best Donairs in town, and I have tried many others in the city. If you want a traditional or old-school style Donair, this is the place to go.
In a recent visit to Vancouver, we rented an AirBnB in Burnaby Heights a great small neighborhood BTW. We found this place on TripAdvisor and decided to try it for lunch. I was immediately greeted by a very friendly employee. He insisted that... I try a sample of the Lamb; it was very delicious. I ordered two Donairs to take away. They were very tasty.
This restaurant is a fantastic spot to grab a Donair. As you walk through the door, you'll be greeted by a lovely smoky aroma. The food is always fresh and delicious, making it a perfect choice for lunch.
I've been living around the corner from this place for almost a year before I tried it and now, I misunderstood admit, I'm a little addicted to their falafel wrap. Going for it is that it's relatively inexpensive $6.99), huge, and better tasting than most...I've tried. It comes with lots of lettuce which I thought would be off putting but actually works really well. There specialty is the Maritimes Donaire which I'm itching to try once my addiction to their falafel stops. They only lose a star rating due to the fact that the falafel isn't cooked fresh but microwaved. Surprisingly, doesn't take away from the taste at all.
