Located in a lovely neighborhood, this restaurant frequently experiences long wait times during meal hours. I tried the Pho Dat Viet, and the meat was exceptionally tasty. The noodles were thicker than those typically served in other pho dishes, and the broth was satisfactory. They provide additional bean sprouts and sauce upon request, although this might be somewhat inconvenient. The price is a bit higher than at other pho places, totaling $18 before tax and tip.
If you love Vietnamese food, this restaurant in the Brentwood area is a must-try! Although there may be a bit of a wait, it's absolutely worth it. The food quality is fantastic, and the portions are quite generous! I highly recommend the vermicelli bowls if you're looking for a hearty and delicious meal!
We had been looking forward to trying this restaurant for some time, and we finally made it! It definitely lived up to our expectations—the food was incredibly tasty and fairly priced. I especially enjoyed my Vietnamese iced coffee; it was fantastic!
Once we made our selections, we had to wave down one of the servers to place our order. We tried the bun and pho. My mom really enjoyed the bun, especially the crispy egg roll, and she noted that the cabbage was unusual—possibly pickled. I found the pho broth to be on the sweeter side. They served a generous portion of meat; my dad ordered the large special and I was surprised by how much meat there was. Even the baby loved the noodles, which were a bit thicker than the typical pho noodles. We also had Che, but it was too sweet for my taste as well.
