Wendy's - Burlington

I visited Wendy's on South Church Street in Burlington, NC, and I ordered the bacon chicken honey sandwich breakfast meal. Instead, I received an egg with a red spot on it, and the bread had some strange white paste on it that I couldn't identify. My meal was terrible, and I left feeling like I had wasted my money. I will not be returning to this location—absolutely awful experience.

I just visited this Wendy's and had a disappointing experience. After waiting 15 minutes in the drive-thru, I finally reached the window, but the employee didn't say a single word. I ordered a large Dr. Pepper, and when I got home, it turned out to be nothing more than colored water. This location is very poorly managed.

Just was there to order some food, it took them almost 2 hours to serve me. all of the employees was on there phones laughing. they had my whole meal wrong i asked for a 4 for 4 with spicy chicken nuggets witch comes with 4, i had 2. worst wendy’s ever i don’t even recommend to feed your dogs that.

Located in a somewhat quiet strip mall parking lot on NC-70 (Church St.), this restaurant provides plenty of parking. The food is quite good, and the customer service is satisfactory. Although the service can be a little slow at times, I haven't experienced any issues with it so far.

I regret to say that my visit to this restaurant was quite disappointing. From the moment I stepped inside, I was struck by an unpleasant odor. I couldn't even bear to glance at the kitchen, as it appeared to be dirty. There was trash scattered on the floors and leftover food lingering on the tables. To make things worse, the bathroom was out of toilet paper, and the ice machines were completely empty. Even with no customers present, the overall environment felt filthy. This is by far the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to, and I'm baffled that it received a 97 rating from the health department—it seems hard to believe. It felt more like a rundown facility than a proper restaurant. I highly recommend giving this place a miss and choosing one of the food trucks in the parking lot instead.
