Snappy Tomato Pizza - Burlington

I placed a order at 1:36 today, At 3pm I called and was on hold for a total of 17 minutes between 3 calls trying to get through to someone. When Corey finally picked up I was told the order was never even made because he was the only person there at the time and had no drivers, yet had no reason why I was not informed of this shortly after I ordered instead I had to call and hour and a half later and be put on hold for 17 minutes to find this out myself. I understand staff shortages right now, it just would have been nice to make a simple phone call to let me know and cancel the order instead of waiting for me to call.

Stopped and got a pizza from here. its not as good as other locations. Service was adequate. Might try again

Every time we order it gets worse, I am finally done. The one in Bright Indiana is so pathetic, the food has really gone down hill. They stopped selling pasta even though its on the website, one time they were out of tomatoes, and this time, they sent a large pizza that was the size of a medium no joke and the crust wasn’t even round it was distorted. So pathetic

That was some good pizza really dug the cheddar, nice touch and glad to help stop bullying.

I ordered delivery from them today! They always get it here so fast and so fresh! They do a great job!
