Kfc - Burlington

The food was good, but one of our meals was completely incorrect. I ordered a pot pie, but instead received fried chicken. We couldn’t wait in the long drive-thru line to get it corrected because we were on our lunch break. Additionally, the sign on the door indicated that we could come in to eat, but the doors were locked.

I absolutely love this KFC! Every time I visit, I request to swap out the thighs so that the kids don’t argue, and I can enjoy some peace. Lol! They always accommodate my request without any issues. I’ve tried asking other chicken restaurants, and they can't do that. Thank you, KFC!!!

I really enjoyed the new fries, and the chicken tenders were excellent! The woman who took our order that day was fantastic!

Very nice staff, had to put on the order and wait, because we ordered a bucket that broke out the order was so friendly and ensured that we know how to hold the bag so that the grave does not spill. may appear some small, but it is the small things that do people who are the great things

My mother visited this location and had a frustrating experience. For the first time, her order was completely wrong. She returned the food to the counter and got what she thought was the right dish, but it was still incorrect. We specifically requested all white meat, yet we received two drumsticks, one leg, and the rest was breast meat, which was undercooked and barely fried. This isn’t the first time KFC has messed up our order.
