Grill 584 - Burlington

What a letdown. We ordered the prime rib expecting it to be delicious, but it was terrible. It had no flavor at all. We asked for it to be cooked medium well, but we were served very rare meat. When we asked for it to be cooked more, they only brought it back out 2 minutes later and it was still very rare. We also ordered the wings and they were terrible, tasting like boiled wings left in grease. The food was especially disappointing considering the prices. Even Outback Steakhouse has better prime rib. It's a shame!

I gave a four because our waitress was nice and my food was good after I finally got it, although we were there when they opened, we got our food an hour and half after we had set ourselves.

My husband and I stumbled upon this lovely restaurant that relocated from Atlanta to Raleigh two years ago. Since then, we have made it a point to stop here for lunch or dinner whenever we travel. The servers are attentive and polite, and the food is deliciously prepared and presented with care. Today, I tried the chicken salad and was impressed by its fresh taste, made from scratch.

Eating is very tasty. eating was hot and fresh. I will definitely enjoy with friends again with the food in the restaurant and the food presentation.

I recently had lunch at Grill 584. One of my friends always makes it a point to dine here whenever they visit Burlington from New York. I decided to try the Topsail shrimp burger, which was cooked perfectly and came with delicious sides of fries and coleslaw. Another friend ordered the 584 pan-seared crabcake double sliders and enjoyed them, despite being picky. Our New York friend tried the Carolina Reuben sandwich, a new item on the menu, and was impressed with the generous portion of sliced smoked turkey served on grilled Jewish rye.
