Stix - Burlingame

Ordered a potato dog with cheese and a side of ranch. Compared to other Korean corn dog places, these were a bit on the plain side. I did get mine without sugar but it could benefit with some salt or bring your own flavored powders from Trader Joe 's! Otherwise it 's a good quick snack if you 're in the area. I arrived an hour before closing and although there were employees inside waiting and working, they had the closed sign on the door. I still went inside and they served me normally but I saw other people leave when seeing the sign so it was a confusing situation... Seemed to turn the sign early to deter people early.

Came here for a snack and was delighted. It's a neat spot to get a cool corn dog. Ordered mango milk with mango jelly, regular corn dog with sugar and nacho cheese sauce, and corn flake combo corn dog with spicy mayo. Staff is very friendly and informative as it was a first time visit. Would recommend as it has a casual ambiance.

Fun and clean little shop. Entrance area is inviting and ordering is easy on the iPad. There's indoor seating. Got the dalgona drink and thought it was great. The portion seemed generous too. I'd definitely come back for that drink and I can't think of anywhere else nearby that offers it. If you've ever made it yourself, you know how much work it can be. When we went on a Friday afternoon, we were the only ones there and the drink came out relatively quick.

Was thirsty after a tough game of pickleball and drove over to Broadway cuz hubs wanted some boba. I was skeptical of a shop on Broadway but found this cute little store. The items are slightly higher than what is posted on the board but I get it, it 's tough to change the sign. Had a mango passionfruit fruit tea with boba, mango stars (how cute! and lychee. Pretty decent deal for 2 flavors and 3 toppings . Only had the 25% sweet and it was sweet enough. Service was friendly and quick and there was tons of toppings in the drink! Plan to stop in again and get some of the snacks next time. Music was a bit loud for an empty store but I can imagine if there were a bunch of people in there you might need to pump up the music.

Stix is a super fun spot to get Korean corn dogs. I love corn dogs so I was excited to try something new. Good selection of flavors to choose from in cheese, hot dog or combo. They recommend getting sugar on them which I had said no to but my dogs came out with sugar anyway which was way too sweet for something I thought should be savory. The ramen dog lacked flavor but all the cheese dogs were delicious. Everyone enjoyed their various drinks too. Inside eating area was small but had a couple cute spots for photos. The guy who was working this day was nice and helpful. Would have rated it higher if they hadn't added sugar to my dog by mistake. Overall would go back for another try if I'm in the area.
