Philz Coffee - Burlingame

Fast and fresh, Philz Coffee is simply the best! I might be jittery all day, but I'm definitely wide awake.

I've always enjoyed their coffee, but I had to lower my rating by two stars this time because the Ancho Chili Burrito was a bit tough. I experienced a similar issue last time when I ordered a breakfast sandwich; the bread was rough and hard to chew.

The tesora was overcooked, and the coffee wasn't great. However, the mocha tesora and philtered soul were both decent.

The bagel we ordered was literally black it was so burnt. And my Ancho Chili Burrito was bursted open in the bag. The Iced Mint Mojito was great though.

What a delightful coffee shop! I'm really impressed by their approach. They don’t just mimic the corporate coffee shop model; instead, they’ve created a unique space and experience. If you're passionate about coffee rather than just the idea of a coffee shop, I believe you'll really appreciate what Philz has to offer. Thank you, Philz! It was a pleasure to meet you.
