Neal's Coffee Shop - Burlingame

I thought I was going to pay 11.25 for a salmon Benedict and however much for a cup of black coffee, but my bill was $24+. Their list of breakfast specials was covered by patio furniture and their menu has a section listed as breakfast specialties which are NOT breakfast specials. The hostess said many customers have been confused by this which begs the question why haven’t they fixed their menu or made this clear for clientele? Just confirm prices before you order! I have no issues paying $24 for my breakfast but I think it’s manipulative to not be clear about menus/prices. As a Bgame native, I won’t go back. Also, I could see that the shredded cheese that was pulled out from the kitchen was moldy at the bottom of the container so definitely not fresh…

Close to Millbrae BART station. Great place for a 3 generation dinner. Kid's menu has lots of kid friendly items! Parking: Lots of parking spots available! Kid-friendliness: The waitress took 5 yo order first and she got her food before her mom I even put in our order!

Staff were very attentive and polite. Excellent service.

Great food for breakfast. I'm sure the rest is good as well.
