Mimmo's Italian - Burkeville

The new ownership is fast sinking this place. Food quality and portions are drastically declining, prices going up. Keisha and Bob are the only reason this place is open at this point. I would strongly advise avoiding if they are not working.

This was my first experience with Mimmos as I work nearby. I got the Alfredo with chicken and broccoli which comes with bread. There are 2 menus online. 1 says the price is $18.00 the other says the price is $14.95. When I called in my take out order, I specifically asked which one it was the person who answered the phone said the lowest amount. When I got there, the cashier started ringing up $18.00 I told her I was quoted a different price on the phone. After a short back forth, I asked her to get the person I talked to. They did make it right by only charging me the $14.95 $17.11 after taxes and a charge fee), but I feel like as someone working at the restaurant, you should know your own prices. The actual food? Definitely not worth what I paid. And the bread? Ha! It's not even warm. No butter, no garlic, just a roll chopped into slices.

Barely any steak in the cheesesteak sub. The worst part was the calamari. Opened container we were lucky if there was a total of 10 small pieces in the container for $12.95totally ridiculous. This place seems to be open only based off luck. The Philly cheesesteak had little to no steak on most while being covered in peppers to hide the fact. The wings where gas station material. The ranch was watery. The best thing was they gave us enough napkins. Well we had to actually ask for those first too. NEVER Again Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
