This unassuming little restaurant tucked between businesses on Ambaum Blvd is a gold mine for authentic southern Mexican food. They have a small menu, and the restaurant is spartan but clean and neat, but they're all about the mole. If you are a Mole critique and fan, you'll be hard-pressed to find another restaurant in Seattle that meets or beats theirs. They have a quaint patio for outside dining off the parking lot.
