Wendy's - Burbank

Food was good. Prices were high. Looked clean inside. They messed up my order. They immediately fixed it and gave me a bonus fry. Thx manager.

Very good place to eat lunch and breakfast.great service,clean. Price very good and they still have salads .

We stopped in about 8:30 p.m. on a Wednesday evening. The cashier at the counter was not friendly and gave off the impression she'd rather be doing anything else except helping customers. Once we received our drink cups and fill them we discovered therewere no straws at the drink station nor did it appear anything had been stocked in quite a while. I went to the counter to getstraws for our party. There was one straw inside the red container on the counter. I asked that same cashier if we could pleasehave straws, she rolled her eyes and went in the direction of the drive-thru. I don't know if she ever came back with strawsbecause a very helpful young man came up from the line, grab the bag of straws that was under the counter apparently, handed memy straws and then proceeded to restock the red bin on the counter. Based solely on her attitude and the lack of attention paidto the dining room such as lids, straws etc we will not be back to this location. Very disappointed in this Wendy's

They gave me a large fresh strawberry lemonade that taste like water. They don't pay attention to your order. Service is not good at all

Wendy's has a huge Menu in the drive tru where i can see my options and make an order.. here they have a guy with a little menu taking the orders.. I know its to help move the line but there was no line. I hadn't been in a while and had to check Wendy'swebsite for the menu.. which took forever. I hate how they do their menu online, I ordered the wrong thing and it looks.....,lets just say im won't be going back
