Starbucks - Burbank

I am a HIGH edition Starbucks customer for many, many years on both coasts of us today I have been charged $1.00 per cup ice water that I have additionally to the $25 I spent the only good thing, dieucks high prices to pay, was the free water when I asked the barista about the additional poor money that he said to have sent an email to customers

One of the worst Starbucks I have been to. They never make the drink as told. They would either add some other ingredient or not add the ingredient at all. When asked if they added as per specification, they would lie on the face.

Maybe it was just an off day but watered down ice americanos that look like tea aren't so hot. That was the 2nd order. My first order was cold brew with a little bit of almond milk; instead what I received was a venti cup of almond milk with what looked to be a shot of cold brew. Luxury problem but pretty annoying nonetheless. Are the baristas told to fill up with water and other other liquids when running low on a certain cold coffee? Nice crew no doubt and they always are but yeah Sunday was rough lol.

This location comes with fast, friendly service and the store's interior is absolutely beautiful. I go here almost every day for my daily dose of green tea latte and it's always the perfect temperature for keeping my hands warm at work. Always quality service and quality drinks here.

Fantastic service! I ordered from the wrong location on the mobile app and didn't double check. Monty made my drink so I didn't have to go to the other location. He was very friendly and had great energy! Service like this is why this is my favorite Starbucks!
