The employee appeared to be more focused on their phone than providing good customer service. There was minimal interaction besides handing over my order and collecting payment. Overall, the service was lacking in attentiveness.

The restaurant is now situated on the same floor as the food court, having relocated from the upstairs level. The cookies, which are still delicious, remain a highlight of the menu.

The coffee is great and the cookies are good, but they always seem to run out quickly. The staff member working there is very friendly and helpful.

The new owner of the store Manny is excellent! I love his attitude and customer service. I had to get a cookie cake made for a friends birthday and I ordered it last min, Manny was so helpful and got it done right in time! I also bought some extra cookies and they were so fresh, soft and chewy! I'll be back whenever I am in the area for more cookies!
