Contribuiți la feedbackI randomly stumbled across this place seeking some decent Greek food in Las Vegas. Much to my surprise the gyros here are FABULOUS! I ordered them two days in a row. I haven’t dined in, only done take out, but I wouldn’t recommend the fries as far as take out goes, they are very plan and soggy or get hard very fast by the time you get home, which is why the 4 not 5 star. The feta cheese and Greek seasoning on top of the fries did no favors for them. Still, might be decent if you dined in and had them fresh.
Asked for picture menu attendant told me they didn't have one asked to scan bar code to see menu. Looked to the side and there's a five screen menu she could have been more courteous direct me to the screen some people need to see what there ordering when not familiar with dishes. Attitude check will not recommend first and last time I'm there and I'm local resident
Food was great. Very clean. Super friendly. I assume cashier name was Amy- great example of customer service, an art unfortunately lost!Food: 5/5
First time trying George’s Greek Cuisine and I was not disappointed. The chicken kebab plate with rice, grilled veggies and pita was delicious. Very good quality chicken breast and everything was well seasoned. Portion was generous enough for two meals. I will definitely be back.
I grew up in tarpon springs Florida The largest Greek community outside of Greece and know what Greek food supposed to be like. I ordered a gyro but they serve there 's with lettuce for your common filler so I asked for no lettuce and the girl gave me attitude and says well that 's the way it serve, so I had to ask twice no lettuce. the sandwich was served as the poorest example of a gyro I have ever seen. For $19.50 it was very small and they substituted the cucumber sauce which is made from yogurt for sour cream. Yuck When I asked the girl did you put sour cream on my gyro? her reply was tahinior cucumber sauce was made with sour cream. No it 's made with yogurt cucumber olive oil in a couple other things. they failed to oil and heat up the peta bread and the sandwiches were cold. I had a hankering for a gyro and definitely left unsatisfied and disgusted. This is not how Greek food is served it was poor at best and the attitude of the girls in the register was unnecessary. If you want an authentic gyro or Greek food go to the lighthouse in San Fernando valley off Tampa they are 100% authentic Greek they don 't cut any corners and I bet you won 't be able to finish their lunch special gyro sandwich. If you see any positive reviews about this restaurant than those people either work for George 's or simply don 't know what authentic Greek food is.
