Chipotle Mexican Grill - Burbank

The wrong sauce was served! It was extremely spicy, and I could hardly eat it.

I received carnitas instead of chicken in my burrito, which was disappointing. When I ordered chips and salsa, they hardly gave me any salsa, and the red salsa was overwhelmingly spicy on the burrito. I found myself blowing my nose and wiping my eyes multiple times. Despite all this, if you enjoy excessively spicy carnitas burritos and chips with minimal salsa, it was still pretty good.

The lettuce and spinach were wilted and stale. It didn't resemble the picture at all, and the bowl was hardly even half full. To top it off, there was unpleasant, excess water pooled at the bottom of the paper bowl.

They didnt include the rice In quesadilla order also salad and Burrito didnt have much lettuce

Free burrito? We frequent this restaurant and really enjoy the food, but as a single parent on a budget, this experience was disappointing. I received a text offering a free burrito with the purchase of a gift card, so I decided to take one of my child's friends, who had never tried Chipotle, as a special treat. I brought along $30 and we headed to the restaurant. Upon arrival, I bought the gift card, but when I received my receipt, I was informed that my free burrito would only be available on my next visit. I showed them the text, which didn’t mention anything about a future visit, but they said there was nothing they could do. This left me sitting there without any food while my kids enjoyed their meals. This whole situation is just unacceptable, and it has really turned me off as a customer.
