Unfortunately, we won't be returning, which saddens me because I really want to support small businesses. I would suggest that they remind their employees about the importance of providing friendly customer service.
I ordered a pizza, but they sent the wrong one. After waiting for a replacement, I was surprised to receive yet another incorrect order. I didn't want to wait any longer, so I paid for the wrong pizza. I couldn't believe the lack of customer service—I didn’t even receive an apology.
My husband and I used to enjoy coming here for pizza on Fridays. However, after moving away a few years ago, we found ourselves craving it again. We ordered a half Hawaiian, a meat lover’s, and a pepperoni pizza, not to mention some garlic bread. Upon arriving at the pizzeria, we were met with less-than-friendly service from a young lady who was both abrupt and rude. When our order was ready, rather than being polite, she just called out our name and then curtly asked, “DRINK??”. To make matters worse, when we got home and unpacked our pizza, garlic bread, and drinks, we discovered that the garlic bread was mouldy. This experience has left us disappointed, and sadly, we will not be returning. I genuinely wish to support small businesses, but I suggest that you remind your staff about the importance of providing friendly customer service.
