El Taco Veloz - Buford

I try steak Torta and flan. The steak test good, to much beans and not a lot steak in my opinion. I don’t like the flan, don’t test bad but don’t have flavor. I spect something better.

This location is waaaay better than the beaver ruin and Buford hwy (Doraville) location in how the food tastes, cleanliness and size. The only bad thing I can say and it’s not even really a bad thing but they didn’t have the salsa bar where you can get your own salsa. I like a lot of salsa with my food so I would’ve preferred to be able to get the amount I would’ve liked but the girl who was working the register with glasses was so sweet she gave me the number of salsa I asked for where at the other locations I listed they would make me pay for extra salsa. Highly recommend this location !!! On a plus side there was no attitude given by the workers which is something the Doraville location needs to work on

I really like going to El Taco Veloz in Buford, Georgia. They serve a really tasty El Pastor Especial Burrito, which has all the fixins. The prices are more reasonable than other Mexican restaurants in the area and the staff are always friendly and accommodating. I also love the fresh drinks that they offer. The Jamaica (sorrel aka hibiscus) drink is my favorite. If you are looking for a very good burrito with a tasty, cold refreshing drink on the side, El taco Veloz is the place to go!

The food lost quality. A year ago the portions were bigger. The tortas are missing half of the ingredients. No cream, no refried beans, less meat and a bunch of lettuce. They change stuff every week and the price does not compensate for what you are getting. It used to be my favorite restaurant but not anymore.

Staff is very warm and friendly. Good food, i recommend their tacos.
