Mcdonald's - Buffalo

During my recent visit to this McDonald 's, I encountered some difficulties when requesting a specific item, referred to at other locations as a PupCup, which is essentially whipped cream in a cup. Despite my efforts to clarify and even offering to pay for it, the staff, including the manager, informed me they were unable to fulfill my request due to menu limitations and the absence of a corresponding button on their register.I found the manager 's response particularly unhelpful, which was disappointing. The food quality was satisfactory, earning a rating of 3 out of 5. However, the overall service and flexibility in handling special requests were lacking. Based on this experience, I would rate this visit as 1 star. I hope to see improvements in customer service and staff training in the future to better accommodate simple requests.For the record the heavy set lady with metal in her face is a very incompetent human being and always blows my mind the people they make managers in these establishments.Coming from 3 years of Mc. Donalds experince myself and far surpassing those basic NPC jobs.The lady was pathetic and any establishment that hates dogs is pathetic.

Phoebe was very pleasant and cheered me up after horrid customer service at Hardee's. Gave a smile and a laugh with our food. I will be back for this service.

Ridiculous wait times. Water down coffee. Constantly parked somewhere waiting on food.

The food is always gross compared to other locations. Some of the staff r friendly towards customers. But others obviously wish they were elsewhere. The location is terrible to get into and out being at the intersection. Then u have the creeps that frequent and sit around or the men playing slots watching females.

Went through the drive through, was told to pull forward. Waited 10 minutes and still no food. Went inside to check on the order, they didn't have it. Was told this was the third time today that happened. Waited another 15 minutes for food and the order still wasn't right. They need better processes in place for customer service!
