Contribuiți la feedbackI am always disappointed whenever I dine at this restaurant. My order is either completely wrong or lacking in portion size. Considering it costs nearly $10, I expect better quality. This is not a children's meal. I despise this place - definitely the worst restaurant in Buffalo. They consistently make customers wait in the drive-thru for a few seconds. The staff is unfriendly and it makes me wonder why they even applied to work here if they hate their job.
The food is delicious, but make sure to double-check your order before you go, as you may not receive everything you paid for.
I ordered a chicken strip basket and found a spider in it. Disgusting!
Burger was WAY overcooked. Chewed like rubber. Meat tasted funny . Fries were extensively heat lamp tortured, I 'm sure they confessed to their crimes long before being served. Banana split was ok, but expensive, and small. I guess it 's hard toovercook ice cream.
The customer service is a joke. I order a hamburger with everything on and mayonnaise mustard with no cheese. I also order two blizzards and French Fries. When I got home my burger was not what I ordered. I call to speak the manager and he was acting likehe couldn?t hear me but heard what I saying because I heard him just fine. I wouldn?t let anyone I know to go to the one inBuffalo, MO.
