Fat Bob's Smokehouse - Buffalo

Ribs were very over cooked, and not edible… brisket was great, mashed potatoes were over the top delicious.

Omg! I’ve lived in buffalo for 28 years. Never been here before and omg I will most certainly be returning! The buffalo Mac n cheese was top notch! Pulled pork mouth watering! I would give more stars if I could!!!

Where is quality control. Cold brisket dry old. Burnt to the crisp ribs that are dry. I'm a repeat customer and last 6 months the food has been dry as jerky. Where is the fall off the bone. This place is a 10/10 minus the inconsistent waste of my money.

Stellar presentation, very well flavored,worth every penny and I'm actually speechless. I've eaten at lots of bbq places across the any regions and I will have to say this is among the best,perhaps the best of the best. Will definitely be coming back in the future. Went the other day before the hockey game and again the food was excellent we were in and out of there in about 25 minutes and even early for the game Even though the sabers lost it was a great meal
