Dunkin' - Buffalo

I love Dunkin' Donuts! I was disappointed to learn that they would rather throw away food than give it to customers when they make a mistake with an order. What a shame, Jordan! I hate to see food go to waste, especially as a mother of five who knows what it's like to struggle with not enough food or money. It's disheartening to see someone employed and still choosing to waste food.

The Chocolate Croissant at this restaurant is far superior to what you would find at Starbucks or Panera Bread. It is a life-changing experience that everyone should try. During my time pursuing my mathematical studies in Buffalo, this was my favorite place to go. The staff at this establishment are incredibly professional. The charming young man with a cute beard and mustache is very welcoming and capable of managing multiple tasks with a smile on his face. The older Latina woman, who works near the oven, reminds me of my grandmother and is able to handle the heating equipment with grace and skill. The girl with thick black glasses has a commanding presence in the restaurant and her preparation skills are top-notch. The African-American girl with delicate braid hair is always friendly and attentive to customers' needs. The staff is generally friendly and efficient, and the food is delicious. However, I wish there was less idle chatter among the employees. I don't need to hear about their personal exploits every time I visit.

The coffee was prepared perfectly, nice and hot. The breakfast sandwich was absolutely delicious, a bagel with sausage, egg, and cheese.

They really gave me half an egg, half a piece of sausage on the wrong bagel . Haha. Could be worse I guess.
