Today I experienced rude customer service from a barista Gia who took our orders today at the drive through. We ordered a grande Chocolate Cream Cold brew and waited in the drive through line for almost 10 minutes. We Finally get our drinks $17 dollars total and my cold brew was warm and had no ice. If I 'm going to pay $5+ for a drink I want it to be right so I went inside and explained that my drink was wrong. The guy working apologized and said he would make me a new drink. Meanwhile Gia very loudly and rudely says HE ORDERED HIS CHOCOLATE COLD BREW WITH NO ICE NEXT TIME KNOW WHAT YOU WANT AND ORDER YOUR DRINK RIGHT .... I said are you guys talking about me and my drink because I never order my drinks without ice. I was ignored . They had their backs turned to me but intentionally spoke loud enough for me to hear them be nasty. Honestly to all the employees that are miserable about working at Starbucks go get yourself new jobs. I 'm always polite and Courteous and expect the same in return. Not cool to treat a long standing customer like a. Piece of **** for no reason.

The staff is always friendly and courteous and my order is always right but Holly at the drive thru is the real star. She is a bright ray of sunshine on a cloudy day.
