Dunkin' - Buffalo Grove

Went to dunkin donuts at 245 McHenry Rd, Buffalo Grove, IL 60089. They had at least 4 signs and banners outside wishing you a happy hanukkah which starts December 11. There was no signs or banners wishing merry Christmas. Does this dunkin donuts only want Jewish customers when they are located in one of the most populated christian areas in illinois. Why are the discriminating against christians? They should actually just be saying happy holidays. That way no one is offended or they shoud have the same amount of signs and banners stating merry christmas.

This could be the worst DD ever. Extremely long waits. Orders often wrong. Ordered bacon, egg and cheese on bagel. After 1 hour wait discovered no bacon. Customer before me came back too because her order was wrong Also no drive thru at this location.

This place is fantastic for iced coffee and sandwiches! The service in the afternoon is excellent, and the staff really knows what they're doing. I highly recommend checking it out!

Not a good experience. The owner seems indifferent to customers and only cares about making money. I wouldn't recommend going there.

I was disappointed to find that they had run out of creamer by 10 AM. My coffee order was also messed up. To make matters worse, I had to physically point out what I wanted to order, as the gentleman at the counter seemed unfamiliar with their own menu. He insisted they didn’t have what I wanted until I pointed it out. This will definitely be my first and last visit to this place.
